Memberships & Rates

At CrossFit Dýr we feel the industry's standard of multi-year contracts with excessive fees are restrictive, so we have Zero Startup Fees, Zero Maintenance Fees, and Zero Contract Cancelation Fees. The majority of our memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis as we strive to maintain a non-confining atmosphere at Dýr. All of our memberships are designed to give our Viking community, both newcomers and veterans of CrossFit, as much specialization as is needed at competitive industry rates.   • Receive Access To Our 2-3 Week On-Ramp Course

    • For all new members, our On-Ramp course is perfect to cover all the Lifts in our Lift Rotation

    • Crucial for our newcomers to begin mastering Compound and Olympic lifts

    • Also crucial for our coaches to determine your skill level, mindset, and any and all goals and limitations

    • A 3-week intro program for those who sign up for our 3X A Week membership

    • A 2-week intro program for those who sign up for our Unlimited membership

  • Can Enjoy Our Constantly Varied WOD's (Workout Of the Day)

  • Can Choose Their Daily Focus From Our Two Programs; LIFT And ENDURANCE

    • Whether your goal is to build muscle and gain strength, or burn calories and build your endurance; we have a daily option for each in addition to our constantly varied WOD. 

    • The LIFT daily option focuses on mastering key Compound and Olympic lifts with the goal of gaining strength. Once every 2-3 months we will revisit your 1 Rep Max for each Lift with the idea of increasing this amount each month.

    • The ENDURANCE option is a long rotation of high volume exercises that are meant to raise your heart rate and burn calories while building cardiovascular strength and endurance. Whether you are training for a marathon or simply looking to lose weight and condition yourself, the ENDURANCE option is for you.

  • Will Train In Our "Rogue Fitness" Equipped 3600 sqft Facility

  • Open Gym Access

    • Open gym is the right time to work in a few extra sets on your own. This means full access to our Rogue equipped facility to focus on, practice, and master exercises.

Membership referral program

Refer a friend who signs up for any of our monthly memberships and you will each receive a one time $40 credit to your accounts!

Refer as many members as you'd like, there is no limit for referral credits. Ex:

Tina belongs to CrossFit Dýr as a Month-To-Month Unlimited member and has four friends who each mention her name during signup. They all signup for our Month-To-Month 3X Per Week membership and choose to use their $40 credits on their first month's membership dues leaving $95 each. Tina can use her $160 in credits towards her next month leaving her to pay absolutely nothing but instead uses $120 towards her next month's dues and $40 to purchase two CrossFit Dýr T-shirts.

One-On-One Training

At CrossFit Dýr not only do we feel the industry's standard of multi-year contracts with excessive fees are restrictive, we also believe that the industry's standard for personal training rates averaging $80-100 per one hour session is excessive. Therefore, not only do we have Zero Startup Fees, Zero Maintenance Fees, and Zero Contract Cancelation Fees for all memberships, we also offer personal training at half of the industry's standard price. Our private sessions allow you to have a one-on-one experience with one of our CrossFit and NASM certified trainers, giving you the ability to focus on mastering difficult exercises, focus on weak points, or simply do the WOD step by step.
